Edward earned his culinary diploma from the French Culinary Institute. After graduation, Edward spent several years working in France, honing his culinary skills. Prior to teaching at Star, Edward worked at the legendary L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon. In 2008, Edward moved to Portland, OR and opened the Pitxi Dining Room and Wine Bar. The San Francisco-based magazine 944 named him to its’ list of “Most Buzz-Worthy Chefs in the Country” for his work there. Most recently Edward was the Executive Chef of the East End Kitchen in NYC.
