Pop some bottles and take your wine, beer and spirit senses to new heights with ICE’s classes for libation lovers of every level. Whether you’re a potable pro or you’re swirling and spitting for the first time, join us for beginner to advanced instruction on worldly wines, the perfect meal pairings and the ultimate beer and cheese guide. Training to become a master sommelier or wanting those cocktail classics under your belt? Not to worry — ICE has the right class for you.

At a Glance

All classes are hands-on and full participation. Participants will cook the menu in teams and at the end of class will enjoy the food they have prepared family-style. You also have the option to take your meal to enjoy at home.

Class Experience Levels

Level 1: Basic

We are providing beginner home cooks the foundational education to begin feeling more comfortable at home in the kitchen.

Level 2: Intermediate

Classes for those who are a little more comfortable in the kitchen and are looking to advance their culinary and baking knowledge.

Level 3: Advanced

Classes for those who have taken various levels of classes here before or are students who have had some kitchen experience.

Level 4: Professional

Food professionals learn the ins and outs on how to advance their professional career: perfect a specialized skill, search for new paths in the industry, and network with their peers.

In this class created specifically for couples, you'll learn to make burgers for every taste and sides for every craving --- along with a thirst-quenching selection of beer. Your menu: spicy Buffalo turkey sliders; beef burgers, cheeseburgers and Juicy Lucy burgers; quick pickles; crispy onion rings; secret sauce; and to drink, ice cold beer.
