Ingrid earned her culinary diploma from Le Cordon Blue Culinary Institute in Paris. Prior to working at Star Academy, Ingrid was the chef-owner of Ital Kitchen, a vegan-vegetarian restaurant in Brooklyn. In 2012, Ingrid was the Head Chef at Better being 940, a market-driven lunch service in Hell’s Kitchen. Ingrid was the sous chef for several years at both the Soho House and the Soho Grand. Ingrid has also worked with the China Grill Restaurant Management Group; the Matthew Kenny Group, and at Commune Restaurant.
