Sue Gonsalves

BIO

Sooninah (Sue) Gonsalves joined ICE in 2002 and is a recreational chef instructor. Born and raised in Guyana, Sue came to the United States in 2001. Soon after she arrived, she earned her Culinary Arts and Pastry and Baking Arts Diplomas from ICE. After graduating she worked I the restaurant industry for a few years but found her calling and came back to ICE to teach. In 2015 she joined Homecoming NY heading the kids culinary classes. In addition, she joined The Isaac Center as the Chef in charge of the Culinary Program for young underprivileged adults.

    ICE Gift Cards are available for purchase online and at the school. Gift Cards may be applied to any course in the Recreational division. The minimum amount for gift certificates is $50.
