You will learn to identify these spices, along with shopping and storing tips, and will make a masala spice blend. Your menu is vegetarian and will consist of: pakora; cilantro-coconut chutney; goobi (cauliflower) tikka masala; saag paneer and pulao (rice pilaf ).
