We'll cover a wide range of holiday designs, traditions, flavorings and variations, creating a smorgasbord overflowing with cookies that'll make you the envy of your office, organization or any other cookie-swap occasion! We'll bake: butter spritz cookies; chocolate mint crinkles; gingersnap cookies; pistachio wreaths; raspberry linzer cookies; and double chocolate chip cookies.

For a flash course on all the basics you need to make a varied and impressive meal, look no further. With a professional chef, you'll gain the skills vital for moving through any simple menu with ease. You'll practice knife skills, roasting vegetables, cooking proteins with a pan sauce and a vinaigrette. Then you'll use what you learned as you make a menu of: popovers; sautéed chicken with classic pan sauce; roasted root vegetable salad with fresh herb dressing and garlic mashed potatoes.

(Much like “knife skills” is the first course taken by aspiring culinarians, Mixology 101 is the first building block toward more comprehensive cocktail knowledge.) In this class, you will learn about and make: Shaken Drinks; Stirred Drinks; Highballs & Spritzes; and Apéritifs & Digestifs.
Explore Mexico’s most famous agave spirits in this hands-on mixology class. Here, you’ll discern the smoky depths of mezcal; traverse tequila’s flavor profiles; hear the history of the margarita; and learn to make flavorful, well-balanced agave cocktails. Recipes for this class include: Margarita, Naked and Famous, Paloma, Mexican/Mezcal Mule, Tequila Sunrise, Ranch Water, Oaxaca Old Fashioned, and Mezcal Negroni.
Shh!... This 1920’s cocktail lab is your gateway to ICE’s Secret Sip Society, where you’ll learn how to make the most popular Prohibition-era drinks. In this immersive class led by a skilled bartender, you’ll learn the illicit history of speakeasies while you shake, stir and savor the drinks served in them – no password required. (Just bring your thirst for adventure and love of libations.) In this class, you’ll make the following drinks: Bee’s Knees, Sidecar, French 75, Gin Ricky, Mary Pickford, and Last Word.
