Join us for the First Fridays at ICE series! Each evening begins with a drink tasting session followed by culinary demonstrations with tastings. This month, three-time "Chopped" champion Adriana Urbina, "Top Chef" season 15 finalist Chris Scott, and winner of "Chopped" and "Beat Bobby Flay," Palak Patel, will demonstrate their signature dishes while sharing how they developed the recipes. Start your weekend deliciously - you’ll learn new recipes and techniques and have the opportunity to hang out with celebrity chefs! First Fridays at ICE are free for current career students and alumni; $30 for the general public.
You will work in teams to execute the class menu. At the end of class, participants gather to enjoy the food they have prepared. Wine is served with meals in most classes. All class menus are subject to change. While a snack platter is offered in both morning and evening classes, you may want to consider a light snack before joining us for class. Students are encouraged to bring a light lunch or dinner to all pastry classes.
