Editorial Food Styling

Editorial Food Styling

From hand-shopping the best ingredients to prep, lighting, propping, composition and set etiquette, you'll leave with a basic understanding of what styling for books, magazines and websites requires. Not only will you learn all the lingo of food styling, but we'll practice the techniques you need to get started in making food look good, from cooking tips to photography tricks. We’ll style iconic foods such as burgers, spaghetti and meatballs, salad and cocktails. Lindsay Strand is an ICE graduate and the assistant editor of Food & Entertaining for Martha Stewart Living.
