This St. Patrick's Day, combine the best of tradition and modern culinary technique as you whip up some inspired Irish classics with modern twists. Join James Beard Award-winning chef and author Peter Berley for an all-Irish gourmet celebration, with dishes like: brown buttermilk soda bread; fish and chips; beef and Guinness stew; pan-seared hake with bacon-brown butter and new potatoes; ruby cabbage slaw; warm aged goat cheese salad; and sticky toffee pudding.

Spanning the gamut from Mexico to the Middle East, these small but satisfying plates are perfect for parties --- or collect them all to make a masterful (and entirely vegan) meal. We'll create and then feast on: Egyptian baba ghanoush and hummus; Argentinian hearts of palm, tomato and avocado salad; Italian roasted cauliflower with capers; and Balinese chili-grilled tempeh skewers.

You and your partner will create a complete fresh Italian dinner of: pappardelle with Bolognese; burro e salvia (butternut squash ravioli with sage butter).
