In this comprehensive two-day class, you will focus on the major cake mixing methods, including the one-stage, classic and modified creaming, and more. We'll also focus on different frosting recipes and icing methods, among other techniques! Day 1: White Cake with Swiss Meringue Frosting; German Chocolate Cake; and Carrot Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. Day 2: Angel Food Cake with Ganache Icing; and Decorated Swiss Jelly Roll.
