What to Expect

You will work in teams to execute the class menu. At the end of class, participants gather to enjoy the food they have prepared. Wine is served with meals in most classes. All class menus are subject to change. While a snack platter is offered in both morning and evening classes, you may want to consider a light snack before joining us for class. Students are encouraged to bring a light lunch or dinner to all pastry classes.

The Great New York Steakhouse

New York City has some of the most famous steakhouses in the country. These classic establishments are known for a distinctive homey atmosphere and a trademark cuisine that has been pleasing diners for decades. Spend an evening learning the techniques and recipes you need to replicate your favorite steakhouse experience at home. Make-and-Take Dumplings

In this intensive series, we will explore a sensible approach to cooking and eating, using a wholesome array of ingredients. You will learn which foods you should choose on a regular basis to keep your body running smoothly, as well as those you should try to limit and why. Each day, you’ll get fully hands-on in our kitchens as you master a variety of dishes that demonstrate how you can cook healthfully, without sacrificing flavor.

Get ready to bake up a storm in this 3-hour class! You'll master classic American sweets that are perfect for any bake sale or after school treat. Learn to make vintage whoopie pies, ultra-delicious brownies, and amazing chocolate chip cookies. You'll also bake exquisite lemon bars from scratch. Leave with a box full of delicious creations and the skills to sweeten any occasion!
